Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Courier Pickup
Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your convenience.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
